Kanaka Bar Band is excited to announce that the applications for The Crossing Place are now available!

The affordable housing development includes.

• Six 1-bedroom units

• Six 2-bedroom units

• Four 3-bedroom units

• Four 4-bedroom units (with 1-bedroom basement suites)

• 1 Community Amenities Building

These buildings will be powered through a locally on-site electricity generation system being advanced by the Band simultaneous to this project.
