The Home Care & Community Health Nurse (Nurse) is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care in the Kanaka Bar Indian Band (KBIB) community and to their members. The Nurse will promote and raise awareness of healthy lifestyles and services available to the KBIB members, while considering their physical, cultural, psychological, social, and environmental needs.
The Home Care & Community Health Nurse is a registered degree nurse (RN) who is responsible for providing a coordinated system of services that enables First Nations people of all ages with disabilities, chronic or acute illness to receive needed care in their homes and communities
